J. Malu Stanich

Malu is a recent graduate of the University of Hawaii School of Architecture’s Masters of Landscape Architecture program. His work focuses on community led, grassroots design, with a special focus on contemporary Hawaiian design frameworks. Born and raised in Wai’ehu, Maui, Malu spends much of his time hiking in the forest and surfing in the ocean as inspiration for his design practice.
