ARCH 743: University of Hawaiʻi Faculty Housing P3 Study

This project explores possible faculty housing development scenarios for a University of Hawaiʻi owned property in Kaimuki in partnership with the UH Office of Land Development. The criteria for this project integrates design with financial profitability, regulatory restrictions over land use, possible land use variances, and the land owner’s project agendas. Students developed design scenarios for residential and apartment zoning designations in parallel to a project pro forma.
