ARCH 493: Post-COVID TOD

Working with Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit (HART) and a team from the College of Engineering CEE 490 Special Projects class, students in ARCH 493 designed a new mixed-use Bill 7 affordable housing project over a Kiss & Ride lot adjacent to the West Loch transit station. The project investigated resilience and public health lessons learned from the pandemic to envision a new community and food centered hub for the area.
